    Q: Do I need distilled water?

    No. Regular tap water works perfectly. No distilled water required.

    Q: How long does it take to heat?

    Approximately 5 seconds. The towel is warm and moist and ready to use almost instantly.

    Q: What towels should I use?

    For best performance, use the included compressed towels or LiveFull recommended towels. Regular bath towels will not work.


    Q: How much water does the tank hold?

    400 ml — enough for multiple days of use, depending on frequency.

    Q: How often do I need to refill water?

    The voice alert will tell you when the water is low. For daily use (2–3 towels per day), expect to refill every 2–3 days.

    Q: Can I add essential oils to the water tank?

    No. Essential oils can damage the internal components. Add a drop to the towel manually after dispensing if desired.

    Q: What happens if I run out of water?

    The smart sensor detects low water and triggers a voice reminder before running dry. The machine will not operate without water.

    Q: Can I turn off the voice alerts?

    Voice alerts are part of the smart sensor system and cannot be turned off. They ensure you never run out of water or towels unexpectedly.

    Q: Are there lights or visual indicators?

    Yes — the machine also has indicator lights in addition to voice alerts.
