Estimated delivery times for in-stock items:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International orders: 7–15 business days

Pre-order items:
Delivery times for pre-order products may be longer and will depend on the estimated restock or release date. These timelines will be clearly communicated on the product page or in order confirmation emails.

Shipping Fees

From time to time, LiveFull may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

LiveFull is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. LiveFull is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
