We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

6. 1-Year Free Warranty(Towel Machine Only)
We offer a 1-year free warranty exclusively for our towel machines.
What Is Covered:

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — without providing a reason.

The same return process and shipping cost responsibilities (customer pays return shipping) apply unless the return is due to our error.
