1. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT+8) will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed on Friday after 5:00 PM will be processed the following Monday.

⚠️ Pre-order items are excluded from this processing time. For pre-order products, the processing and shipping timeline will be based on the estimated availability date shown on the product page.

For United States Customers:

⚠️ Some commercial addresses may not accept shipments on Saturdays. Please review your shipping address to ensure Saturday delivery is available.


For Canada, UK, Europe, Australia & Other International:

For In-Stock Items (General Reference):

Delivery times for pre-order products may be longer and will depend on the estimated restock or release date. These timelines will be clearly communicated on the product page or in order confirmation emails.


4. Free Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to the United States via Ground (1–3 business days) on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

For other regions, free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly announced on our website.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

  • You can track your order using the carrier's website or our order tracking page.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Important: LiveFull is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged once the shipment reaches your destination country.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • We are unable to predict or estimate these fees in advance.

  • If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned, shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Shipping Delays

LiveFull is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (e.g., weather, operational delays)

  • Customs clearance processes

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Pre-order processing timelines

  • Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays affecting your order.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. LiveFull is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.


9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at:
