We offer aย 1-year free warrantyย exclusively for ourย towel machines.

What Is Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Mechanical or electrical faults occurring under normal use

What Is Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications

7. Non-Returnable Items

8. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to theย European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order withinย 14 days of deliveryย โ€”ย without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in theย same condition as received.

  • Unused, with tags, in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be included.

The same return process and shipping cost responsibilities (customer pays return shipping) apply unless the return is due to our error.
